Car Park Barriers & Car Park Barrier Systems
Whether you are controlling access to a busy site, or simply a staff car park, car park barriers integrated with GaneTime’s access control system can offer you the flexibility and control that you required.
Manually controlled barriers require permanent staffing, often 24 hours per day which can be very expensive. Using GaneTime, un-manned site and car park entrances can be controlled using our hardware and badge technology.
Using proximity or barcode badges, only people who are permitted to enter the car park at that time will be allowed entry. In this way you can control the number of car park passes issued to staff, thus not leading to overcrowded and dangerous parking areas.
Separate in and out barriers can be utilised to ease the traffic flow in and out of site and car parks, with control remaining with the user at all times.
In emergencies, GaneTime can control the barrier to ensure it raises to give safe and rapid emergency exit routes from site.
If your site has remote entrances, but a central security cabin, cctv or intercom connectivity can enable security to verify visitors or out of hours access using remote controls in their security cabin.
Temporary or visitor badges are all compliant with the GaneTime access control system to operate car park barriers just like any other attached reader and access device.
Multiple height readers and continental side readers can all be connected and used to control the same barrier in order to permit easy access to all people arriving at the site or car park, without having to leave their vehicles.
GaneTime can also store registered vehicles to ensure that only checked and valid vehicles are associated with employees and therefore permitted access.
Links to ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) systems could also be utilised to track and enforce stricter parking policies in conjunction with car park barrier systems within GaneTime |
